Damper number 359987. (Older dampers may have an extension which is about 100mm long, this was later replaced by an eye incorporated into the shaft.)

If you are not sure about the damper you require. The ETI number is made up of 6 digits beginning 811, found on the details stamped on the green oval ID plate fitted on top of the coupling body. On a caravan this may be under the cowling.
