Delivery & Returns - Online Orders

Delivery

On receipt of cleared funds we endeavor to dispatch all items as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours) via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. UPTO 2Kg

OVER 2Kg WE USE COURIERS FOR UK & WORLDWIDE

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once goods have been delivered to the delivery address we accept no liability for the subsequent damage, theft or loss.

 Normally orders will arrive within 1 to 3 days.

Postage

Our postage costs are in line with Royal Mail, using their postal pricing chart based on the weight of the package and the destination. a cost is involved to cover labour / material giving you peace of mind for a safe journey.

If the package is over 2kg it will be sent via  courier

Refund & Returns

We reserve the right to issue a refund for items must be returned in original unopened condition, as received, any parts involving PCB's are not returnable, so be sure to order the correct component The cost of returning the item will be at the purchasers expense unless the item is faulty or damaged to Customers premises, proof is required

The purchaser should advise us within 14 days of receipt if they wish to return an item, the returned item should be in its original packaging and be un-used.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item or if in your opinion the item is of unsatisfactory quality, please advise us by email, regarding return.

A refund will only be issued once we have received the item back from you and have checked it .

In the event that you change your mind we have a minimum re stocking charge of £10.00

We will do our best to resolve any complaints or issues to your total satisfaction.
